I havehad nothing but problems with my 3201dw under Windows 10 Pro. My computer tech friend couldn't even get wifi working on the printer, and we have had lots of other issues such as Windows not recognizing the printer half the time, only some pages printing in a multi-page job, blank pages printing, etc. It often takes an hour to print one page because we have to go through so many troubleshooting steps. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, powered the printer off and then on again after a pause. run several versions of HP diagnostics (which also recognize the WRONG printer rather than the 3201dw).
I took the printer back to Best Buy, where I had purchased a 4 year extended warranty for $100. They wouldn't look at it unless we paid an additional $50 up-front. So now I am going to take the five month old printer (which printed less than 40 useful pages) in for recycling. I'm out $615. My previous printer, an HP Colour LaserJet 2600n, cost a lot less and worked well for more than 10 years. But after this experience, I won't touch HP again. Maybe Canon or Brother.

Well, the best answer is the HP 3201dw was a lemon. I took it in for recycling today. Out $615 because BestBuy wouldn't honour their 4 year Geek Squad extended warranty after 30 days. I bought a Canon ImageClass LBP633 from Staples as a replacement. First time in over 20 years I haven't had an HP printer, but I just can't trust them again after the 3201 was so non-functional from the start. If I'd had just a bit of help from HP or BestBuy, even a rebate or coupon on a new HP printer, I could have considered HP again. The 2600n was a fantastic home colour laser printer.
