Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

the printer will not print from either of two dell laptops  HP SMART is installed, but does nothing  HP scan doctor also is installed and likewise does nothing.  we have spent over 6 hours doing troubleshooting this stuff.   To start with it worked finevbut we changed to xfinoty .. and the problems started.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

You'll need to first restore the network settings on the printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done, use the HP Smart App on your Computer to connect the printer to the Wi-Fi and Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
