HP 3830 No Longer has Color Options

I have tried everything I could find online, including downloading drivers for a different printer. The color options have disappeared from my printer properties, so I can only print black and white. I understand this could be the result of a recent Windows 10 update, and while it's great to know WHY it happened, I really need to know how to fix it. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled various apps and drivers with no success. This article looked promising, however Windows 10 would not let me select this driver.

Though the printer is still sold in stores, my personal warranty has expired, which means I cannot get any direct support.

Can somebody out there please help???

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

We would have to connect the printer to TCP/IP port- follow the below instructions-

 --->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address 

a. Click Start/Devices and Printers.  Right-click on your HP Printer.  Select Printer Properties.  Select the Ports tab at the top.

b.    Select Add Port.  Select Standard TCP/IP Port.  Select New Port.

c.    Follow the Add Port Wizard.  Under Printer Name or IP Address, .  Example:  192.168.1.15.  The IP address will be copied under Port Name.  

d.    Select Next and Finish the Wizard.
