Hi everyone, I just bought a new HP 4103fdw printer, but when I tried to log into the web admin panel, it asked for a PIN code. I opened the cartridge cover and entered the 8 digits, but it didn't accept them. I printed a Printer Status Report, where the PIN code is listed in item 22, but it still didn't accept it.

How can this happen?
When I enter the PIN code, I make it visible and see all the digits, but I still get an error.

What can I do or how can I reset it?

On the printer control panel, select Restore Factory Settings or Clear All Settings, and then reconfigure the administrator account via USB.
