HP 4279 cannot turn off

My HP 4279 cannot turn off.

I tried pressing the power button for 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 10 seconds, but the printer cannot turn off.

SOLUTION FROM Very Good HP Technician today via Line:

1 - Unplug the power cable to turn off the printer, and unplug all other cables on the printer,
2 - While the printer is off, press and hold the power switch for 15 seconds: no sound or no signal will appear

3 - Wait 3 minutes

4 - Plug the power cable and start the printer. 

5 - Once the printer is on, press the Power Off for 10 seconds, the printer will turn off.
