Operating System: Chrome OS

Hello, my HP Envy 4500 printer is still operating very well however since I now have a Google Chrombook I can no longer use the scan option.   I do not understand why this is case.  Please advise .

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

If the HP 4500 connected to the network?  If it is, try Webscan.
