Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is no longer printing color even with it set up to do so. I even put a new ink cartridge in it (official HP cartridge) and still only get black and white. I did update my computer to Windows 11 a couple months ago. I have tried to reinstall the drivers and still no color.

Try to install the next driver:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
