Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have a 4650 Office Jet and I recently upgraded the router and when it did I can only print to it.  The ink levels don't load and the scanner doesn't work either. I'm using the HP Smart app to connect to the printer. I re-set up the wireless network on it and it's still not working. It was all working before I changed the router, but the old router isn't compatible with the new ISP speeds.
