I have an HP DeskJet4675 on my Windows 10 64bit Dell laptop.
It is connected via wi-fi.
A week ago I started having a few problems. I am placing it roughly
after the last windows 10 update.
Also , during that time I had installed a new rooter , ZTE ZXHN H268N.
At first,
the choise between black/white and color print
had dissapeared from the print prefferrences.
Same with the automatic two-side printing.
Now (apart from these two),
every print I send gets stucked in the printer's queue
and a fault message arises.
I tried unistalling the printer , related programs and drivers and re-installing them with no luck.
Also I unpluged the printer, shut down the laptop and Reset the modem-rooter. Again nothing.
Please, if anyone could help me on this ...

Hello sandytechy20
I went through all the steps you noted.
Unfortunately, the problem still persists.
I tried to print a page and an error message appeared on the right lower corner of the screen saying
" the printer "HP DJ 4670 series (NET)" is in faulty state." (sorry about the translation)
and the print got stack in the queue.
Note (if it is of any help).
Before implementing your steps , I had connected a usb cable to the printer and it worked.
But I can't have it permanently cable-connected to my laptop (different rooms).
So, please , I still need your help to work my printer via WiFi.
Looking forward to your reply.
