Hello, all.
I recently purchased an HP ENVY 5055. Printer works fine, ink is aligned on paper, however I am unable to connect the printer to wifi. I go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard > choose my wifi network: HOWEVER, it does not prompt me to enter my wifi password, therefore I can not connect. It states that my wifi network has no encryption and the only other option to choose is ok. I printed out the test results, and it states that MAC address filtering may be enables on my wireless router.
How can I fix this? Thank you.

@Mdilla, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This printer supports WPA/WPA2 security encryption. If your router has a different security encryption, check with your internet service provide and get it fixed/compatible with the printer.
You are following the correct method to connect the printer to the network.
