Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

Currently have 5g wifi but have my router set to have 5g and 2.4 throughout. Printer will connect to the 2.4g but will not print unless we completely switch off the 5g. We have even made completelyWhat a PIA! Do I need some sort of driver or something?
