After installing ink into my printer using HPs delivery service I printed a couple of faq sheets on art then within the week HPs website was updating and my driver for the printer I bought about half a decade ago wouldn't work. Weirder yet though is the info from the printer to the laptop isn't consistent. The printer says it has everything while the computer greys it out as an option while preventing me from adding it because "the driver is unavailable"... Can anyone give me a freebie2019-05-24.png2019-05-24 (1).png?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:

The following resource will help you :
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
