ENVY 5660 all-in-one

Printer will not print from any computer in the house (all Win 11), but will scan, print status reports, etc.

This had been working fine two years ago.

Starting last year, after a windows auto-update, it behaved like this, put power cycling the printer caused the queued jobs to print as soon as it restarted.  Haven't printed in two months, but that trick no longer works.

On some computers, I get a popup that the printer needs intervention.  This used to appear on all computers when the power-cycle-to-print 'fix' was working.  On some there is now no message at all.

The printer displays no error messages.  After powercycling, it does make sounds like the paper is being fed into it and the print head is moving, but for no more than, I would guess, one line of text.  I am assuming this is it just doing a self check.  Again, it displays no errors and will print-from-scan just fine.

I have already:

-1) Checked ink levels

0) Changed to new ink cartridges

0.5) removed color cartridge and tried with just the black ink.

 1) checked drivers are up to date on all computers

2) checked firmware is up to date

3) removed (deleted) the printer, rebooted the computer, added it back

Any advice on how to get it back to an even partially-working state would be welcome.
