I have the similar issues on the envy 7640 !!!!

 

Three computers ,

two with build 1803 , they all working fine and printing is OK, old HP driver and also try latest. They all work fine.

 

the third one with build 1809, completely broken and can't print, restall latest driver and SW won't  help.

 

 

I find a page on the web which give some instructions on how to use the window build in driver for the printer and mauanl created a "new printer" and it works fine. This suggest there is a driver compatiblities issue with the window 1809 build !!

 

Now, either HP fix by relesing a new driver  or Mircosoft will need to fix it !!!!!
