HP Recommended

Printer was working fine, except for when using Corel's Quatro Pro. Corel product assistant suggested checking HP's drivers. I found  a driver update released in June, and started to install. Install never completed, then all printer functions stopped working. None of the standards help apps on the HP website work at all. The "gears" just keep spinning.
