Product: HP 6962 AIO PRINTER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did a semi full reset on my hp 6962 aio printer  and when trying to access security so I can edit passwords, it prompts for user name and password.  I don’t know the default admin password.  Can someone please assist.
