I have been through support and many attempts to correct the message on the front panel (see attached) It states the HP software is updating the printer. We have hard reset, re-installed printer software, aligned printer heads, hard reset etc. many times with no resolution. It seems the standard set of instruction for support being followed do not work. So the question is how to get the next level of support. As it is I have an AIO device I can't walk up top and make a copy, which I do a lot. The front pane;/screen is useless in this condition.
