My HP 7612 has been sitting for a few years unused. I just put new cartridges in and it shows full. When I press print, it seems to be printing, but when the paper comes out, it is completely blank. I've run the print head cleaning several times to no avail. Is the print head to jammed up from sitting for to long?

Hi @WoodyWoods,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One wherein it keeps printing blank pages.

Please follow the steps listed below to clean the printhead.

1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup menu.

2. Open the Printer Maintenance menu.

3. If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead. A test page prints.

4. Examine the test page.

5. If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.

NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.

If the print quality is acceptable, touch Done.

Let me know if this works and have a good day.
