Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Printer acknowledges print job without printing. Went to setup and did test page with print quality and machine works fine. Tried rebooting printer and Mac with no success. WiFi on and connected. Puzzled!!

Do you have any antivirus software installed on your Mac?

Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?

Could you  perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test, the printer IP can be located by selecting the wireless icon on the printer display.

Greetings Support. I performed a ping test with Network Utility. I sent 10 pings with no response from the printer. The router is within 6 feet of the Mac. I have an anti virus installed but apparently it is not activated. 

 

Please advise. Thanks so much!
