Microsoft Windows 11

Does anyone know why the print quality of my HP 7720 is bad after updating my operating system to Windows 11, highest resolution is 600x600 Dpi and we have installed the latest driver from november 2021.

 

When i print from Revit A3, the quality is very bad ?

I see that the print quality is not satisfactory while printing from your Win 11 PC.

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • When you say 600x600 dpi, are you trying to scan?
  • Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues
  • Have you tried using the HP Smart app to print and check the result? Click here to download and know more about the app.
  • If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Use Microsoft Uninstaller to uninstall all HP printer software.

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
