HP 7855 set up cartridges

I don’t have the set up cartridges and need to reset my printer.  I can’t get to the Home Screen as not able to clear the error message to install the original cartridges.  I have read the need to reset to origami settings but can’t get to the settings as screen frozen on error message.

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "use setup cartridges" error.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
