Product: envy 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

123.hp.com says windows xp operating system is not supported but the package says  that this printer is compatible with Windows XP SP3.  How can I find the drivers and software for this printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the driver issue. 

 

Try installing the built-in driver. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver

Hi asmita,

 

I am looking for the drivers and software specifically made for the HP 7800 series printers and compatible with windows xp sp3.  The printer I purchased is supposed to be just that which would include of course the drivers.  Can you provide me with this?
