I have the HP Envy 7858 and use IOS Sequoia 15.3.2. I used to be able to have it print multiple copies. Now when I go to print, the number of copies is grayed out and I am only able to print one copy. What has happened?

Restart Everything – Sometimes a simple restart can do the trick. Try restarting your printer, iPhone, and even your Wi-Fi router.
Update Printer Firmware – Make sure your HP Envy 7858 is running the latest firmware:
- On your printer, go to Setup → Printer Maintenance → Update the Printer.
Remove and Re-add the Printer – On your iPhone:
- Go to Settings → Printers & Scanners → Remove your HP Envy 7858.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Add the printer back by selecting Add Printer.
Reset Printing System on iOS – If the issue persists:
- Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
(This will reset Wi-Fi settings, so you’ll need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi afterward.)
Try Printing from a Different App – Sometimes the issue is app-specific. Try printing from another app (like Notes) to see if the problem persists.
