Please, i need any support!

 

i have downloaded all drivers.... and reinstaled HP smart, HP easy so many times.  but stil not working.

 

i dont kwon were i can find a drivers thats works...   i am using a loptop with windows 11

 

i have trayed  reach out HP support, and its a waste of time. any help please.
