OK button not working; It is probably a control panel hardware error.
I can still use the printer and have control pannel lock turned on and auto OK after 10 seconds.
Wosrt case I just reboot if all else fails, to get bake to the panel home screne.
for example if I ran out of paper, i can avoid the OK button by reboot.
I just installed new ink cartriges from Instant ink.
I get an extremely anoying message
"thank you for installing instant ink bla bla" OK
But i have no OK button to press
After rebooting the same dumb error comes back
But I can still access via ethernet cable
BUT until I answer OK i get no wireless connection and am forced to use an Ether net cable to connect it to my router.
Nothing I can do on the printer web page can delete this stupid modal dialogue
So my printer wifi is blocked by a ThankYou message for using instant ink, despite having
locked the contro panel. This is extremely frustrating, a very anoying feature of using instant ink.
Question: How can I get rid of the instant ink thankyou message and get my wifi back
