Product: HP 8610 Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP 8610 printer can no longer connect in wireless mode to my HP ENVY computer.  I have tried rebooting the printer and my router many times.  When I use the wireless setup wizard, it finds half a dozen other networks in the neighbourhood, but not mine.

I've seen a number of other posts with the same problem, but no solution (apart from using a cable, which isn't a solution).

Has this problem been solved ?  Do I need to do a reset ?  If so, how ?

Did you make any changes on your router settings or changed router?

 

The printer can only find and connect to 2,4GHz wireless if your wireless band is 5GHz wireless then the printer will not be able to find and connect to it.
