Product: HP Printer 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help with finding out to reset my printer and remove the locked applied - not sure even how that occurred but I need to be able to access the printer admin functions to make some changes in order to be able to even use it. Has anyone found a solution to this issue that can be shared otherwise my only other option is to throw the printer in the trash
