Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer suddenly stopped printing displaying "printer cannot print Word docs, images" etc. adding files to the queue.  Both comp and printer are online on the right network. I uninstalled, reinstalled drivers etc, rebooted the router, printer, comp many times. It prints with another comp. Initially, after a change of network password, it went offline and didn't connect with comp being on the same network. but after installation of a driver, it is online but just doesn't print. Troubleshooting or Scan and Print Doc don't know what to do. Spent a day and nothing works. Hopeless, while printing is necessary for my work.
