HP 8715 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP 8715 inkjet that recently accepted a firmware update where I can't use reman cartridges. Can someone send me a link to perform the downgrade?

@Bill285, Welcome to HP Support Community!

There is no firmware downgrade option for the printer.

This is Dynamic security enabled printer. The Firmware Update may prevent supplies with non-HP chips or circuitry from working.

Note: For printers manufactured prior to December 1, 2016, dynamic security will not be enabled by the firmware. Please note that HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
