HP 8720
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I recently upgraded to High Sierra OS on my Mac and now my HP 8720 won't wirelessly print. There are no specific upgrade drivers. Is there a generic driver or fix available? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to assist.

I understand that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer does not print after upgrading to Mac High Sierra OS. Not to worry, I'll do my best to assist you with this case.

I suggest you to download and run the HP Easy Start. This has added Mac OS 10.13 support. The HP Easy Start is the new way to set up your HP printer and prepare your Mac for printing. HP Easy Start will locate and install the latest software for your printer and then guide you through printer setup.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Cheers! 😉

Thanks so much for answering me and trying to help. I already tried downloading that app and it did not work. I just repeated all the steps....downloading the app and trying to connect. For some reason, it does not "see" my printer. My printer works fine on my other Mac that was not updated. Appreciate your help.

You're most welcome.

I'm glad that the printer is working fine now and hope it stays that way. I must say that technical solutions can only be provided, but it was you who implemented them to perfection.

Happy printing!

Sorry to bother you again with the same problem, but after another update, I can no longer print wirelessly again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the link you sent me, but it is not working this time. Can you please help me again. Thanks so much
