macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Was working fine on my wireless network and then I had no option to connect. I go to my network settings and a prompt comes up saying "An ethernet cable has not been detected. Make sure that both ends of cable are inserted correctly". I am not connected through ethernet and it will not give me an option to connect through wifi anymore. No icons to setup for wireless.  How do I reset the device to reenable whatever bug was pushed to fix this?

I understand you do not have a wireless setup option on the printer. Make sure there are no cables connected to the printer apart from the power cable.

If an ethernet cable is connected, the wireless option will be disabled.

 

Let us perform a factory reset on the printer.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
