I am having margin setting problems on my new HP 9015e printer. I use a MS Access Database application which prints some reports on 4 x 6 index cards with small margin settings (i.ie. 0.25", 0.50", etc.). The reports print fine on my old HP 6970 printer but do not print correctly on the new HP 9015e printer.
With the 9015e printer, when I go into page setup or page layout, some of the margin settings have changed from 0.25" or 0.50" to 1.116". When I try to change them back, they automatically revert to 1.116".
Can anyone tell me what is causing this problem or how to resolve the problem on my 9015e printer?

After more experimenting on Windows 7, 8.1, & 10 and MS Access 2007, 2013, & MS365, I've determined that the HP9015e simply won't allow me to set the small margins (0.25", 0.5" for T, B, L, & R) on 4x6" index cards!
Depending on the orientation, two of the four margin settings always automatically reset to 1.16". I also determined that this behavior does not occur on 3x5" index cards, or 5x8" index cards, but only on the 4x6" index cards. Go figure!
My successful work-around has been to select the "4x6in./10x15cm" paper size, instead of the "Index Card 4x6in," paper size., which allows me to set the desired margins.
I should also add that I spent at least two hours chatting with two different "HP Printer Support Specialists" neither of whom could tell me the 9015e's minimum allowable margin setting s for 4x6" index cards, or had any clue as to resolving the problem except for a bunch of canned checklist responses such as have you tried... re-installing MS Office, MS Access, HP Smart, HP Easy Start, HP drivers... and then requesting "Remote Access" to my computer(s). (No thank you, please!)
With that said, after 50+ views of my original post here, there wasn't any better help here! I was fortunate to find the above described work-around to this problem but HP should take notice and perhaps issue a firmware update for the 9010 series printers to resolve this non-sensical limitation on 4x6" index card margins.
Hope this may help others who might run into this problem!
