I'm using scan to network folder. Default setting is color and 1-sided. When I go to the settings page on the printer to change  to greyscale and 2-sided these settings won't be saved. When I go back to the settings and set greyscale again, the 2-sided option does not exist anymore. I need to restart the printer to get the 2-sided option back. Finally I cannot print greyscale 2-sided, only color 2-sided works. This is a bug, please fix it.

Hi @bucmic,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with printing greyscale 2-sided.

It seems like you're experiencing a bug with your HP 9015e printer where the two-sided printing option disappears when you switch to grayscale mode in the settings.

Additionally, you've mentioned that even when the two-sided option reappears after restarting the printer, it only works for color printing, not grayscale.

Hello,

thanks for quick response.

After restarting the printer the two-sided option is back but the same steps lead to the same results again.

Firmware is up to date.

Please forward this issue to the development team.

Thanks Michael
