Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Have had the HP 9018 more than a year & have printed many pages in color. Not just that it won't print color but, The Color Option has disappeared leaving only grayscale or black print options to select. I found an HP help SITE that apparently installed the printer again as a new printer. BEFORE I CLOSED THE WINDOWS I SAW THE COLOR PRINT OPTION THAT I USED TO SEE BUT WHEN I LATER LOOKED TO PRINT IN COLOR OR JUST TO LOOK FOR THE COLOR PRINT OPTION IT WAS GONE AGAIN--JUST GRAYSCALE OR BLACK OPTIONS FROM WHICH TO CHOSE. The system says that I have an HP 9010 series PCL-3 driver installed & it identifies it as a new driver. Anyone have a solution?
