HP 9018 worked two months ago on both phone and laptop. Just conducted a cross country move; printer will not connect to either phone or laptop now. Will not appear under Add Printer settings. Will not show up under airprint for Iphone anymore.
Printer connects to WIFI without issue. Have reset networks, restarted routers, printers, all the above. Still not resolution. Cannot find printer using IP address via WIFI. Have not tried ethernet or USB cables to verify direct connection.
At a loss on the current issue.
Thanks

Hi @FryslanBop ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 after a cross-country move. Let's troubleshoot the issue step by step:
Verify Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Double-check the Wi-Fi password to make sure it's correct.
Check IP Address:
- Print a network configuration or status report from the printer, which should display its IP address. Use this IP address to connect to the printer.
- On your computer or laptop, open a web browser and enter the printer's IP address in the address bar. This will allow you to access the printer's web interface and verify its connection.
Firewall and Security Software:
- Temporarily disable any firewall or security software on your computer and try adding the printer again. Sometimes, security software can block the connection.
Reset Network Settings on Printer:
- On the printer, navigate to the network settings and perform a factory reset or reset the network settings. Then, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. If so, update the firmware as it may contain fixes for connectivity issues.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer software and drivers from your computer. Then, download and install the latest drivers from the HP official website.
Connect via USB or Ethernet:
- As a troubleshooting step, connect the printer directly to your computer using a USB or Ethernet cable. This will help determine if the issue is related to wireless connectivity.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
