Windows 10 64 bit HP9020
Just tried to print my Christmas cards after reinstalling my HP9020, but when I try and print 210gm card double sided, it prints as two separate sheets. Normal weight paper prints both sides quite happily. I have printed many double sided cards in the past with the same weight cards, It's only since the reinstallation that I've had this problem .
I understand there are two drivers for the 9020, a simple one and a more complex one which allows thicker card..
I have uninstalled the printer several times, and tried using smart setup, also windows new driver but it does not help.
Where can a novice get the right driver, and how do I install it?
George

I know it can print cards in duplex, until I had to reinstall the printer I have printed many cards in duplex.
It was only after the rebuild that I've had this problem.
I suspect I've got the wrong driver.

Sorry people, it's not the driver. it's the printer, I borrowed a family members laptop which had not had it's driver changed, and got the same problem.
I then tried a printer factory reset, with no joy.
Despite being set A4, HP smart reports that the page is too long for duplex, and the printout has a leading edge of 1-2 inches.
When I try to load HP print and scan doctor, it detects the printer, and then starts communicating with the printer it gets to the last fraction of the thermometer indicator and then hangs and I have to use task manager to close doctor.
Making cards is important to me, and if necessary I'll buy a new printer, recommendations for a similar model please?
