"Hello!
I have forgotten the admin password for my HP 9022 printer.
I can no longer access the "Reset" menu or the "Change Paper Tray" settings.
The usual reset firmware solutions unfortunately do not work.
How can I reset the printer, for example, via a USB stick or similar?
Unplugging the power cord also does not work.

My inquiries to HP are getting lost; I receive CRM numbers but no replies. Am I handling something wrong?"

Hallo!

Hi @mundc

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
