HP 9120 Series Printer - UGH

HP, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

The installation process for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120 Series is frustrating, ineffective, and unnecessarily difficult to navigate. After TWO DAYS of trying to get a brand-new printer operational, it still shows Offline.

This should not be this difficult. A new printer should not require hours of troubleshooting just to perform the most basic function: CONNECT AND PRINT.

I have been a long-time HP customer, but this experience is changing that. I'm about to return the printer and buy another brand.

You aren't just losing the sale of this printer—you are losing a loyal HP customer because you made installation unnecessarily complicated.

Two days. Still offline. Completely unacceptable.
