So I have been at this for hours, had to buy a last minute printer to get some documents printed out for a meeting tomorrow so there has been 0 time to contact HP support as it's after hours.

If anyone else has had this experience, please let me know how to solve it?

I unboxed the printer, ran the setup, and connected it to my wifi. As I was adding in the setup cartridges the printer started updating it's firmware and shut off during the setup phase. This caused a snowball of issues that I had to trouble shoot.

I did a few hard resets, and at first it was not reading any of the setup carts, then it was, then magenta wouldn't show up. Finally I just reset it back to factory defaults, uninstalled the app from my PC and started fresh, this is now where I am stuck.

Because some of the ink in the cartridges were drained in the 1st setup, it no longer registers these setup carts as "new" and is asking for new ones. I've been trying to get to the support menu screen to bypass this but I have had 0 luck.

Time is against me on this, if anyone can reach out and help me get to the system config menu so I can bypass this I would be very grateful.
