Product: Envy 6055e

HP  App downloads but won’t open. It’s either a blue circle or just a blank white page. It appears in my app list but it won’t open. Task Manager shows it is running twice when I’ve only opened and installed it once. I have uninstalled it and shut down to reinstall it again with same problem.
