The HP printer I purchased (HP deskjet 2652) is MY PROPERTY!  It is MINE!  It sits literally 4 feet away from my home office desk.   Why do I need to send information to HP's data center through a login on the HP App in order to scan a document on the printer that is sitting right next to me?   I fully own this printer and I shouldn't need any credentials to log in and use any part of it.   I absolutely hate that they made this app and it's one of the worst developments to come from HP in a long time.  I don't care about HP's data collection scheme with logins, I just want the printer to scan a stupid document when I tell it to without worrying about some login.

There's three people in this house that use the printer and I constantly have to go around logging into the App on their devices so that they can use the printer on their device.   I hate all of this.   It just doesn't work.   Just let people use the printer features without a login.

The App doesn't even function all that well anyway, half the time it says the printer is offline when it is sitting there perfectly fine.  I constantly have to restart the print spooler and everything to get the App to realize the printer is fine.

I hate hate hate hate HATE the HP App!!!!
