HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

HP app will not open. Have updated Windows, reinstalled the app. Checked that the printer works and remotely scanned a document. App will not open on my windows 11 laptop.

I see that you are facing an issue with the HP smart app for your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
