HP Business Inkjet 1100

We have a HP Business Inkjet 1100..... yeah, yeah, ancient relic.... I know.

Anyway, this old dinosaur prints out coloured A4, and is connect to a Four Wheel Drive Dynamometer.

The Dyno runs on ..... get this.... MS DOS. So finding a replacement printer that runs on MS DOS and has a parallel serial cable with PCL compatibility is proving too difficult, and near impossible.

We were hoping that the Dyno would last us until retirement, and an upgrade is quite expensive.

We were wondering if anyone on here had any HP Business Inkjet 1100 that we could purchase to replace ours that tragically passed away a few months ago.

We're in Australia, and would be happy to pay freight too.

If you don't need your print to be in colour you can probably find good working old laser printers locally that can replace the BIJ1100. 

HP Laserjet 1200 is cheap and reliable, HP Laserjet 4250 is bigger and more reliable.

If you can't find it locally then eBay is probably the best source of old printers parts and accessories, from time to time you can find even new in the box those old BIJ
