Hi all, I have an HP Color M775, I had to replace the fuser gear assembly solenoid and I had to disassemble the main unit, now everything works fine but the print has doubled slightly, I have read that I have to realign the gears of the main unit , I state that I have already performed the automatic calibration but it has not solved, someone can help me how I can do the gear alignment, your have any videos or instructions.

The bad news is this is a mechanical alignment that will require disassembly to align. You can check Youtube for a video, any resources I have access to are covered under my NDA as an HP service provider. A service manual should contain the instructions to properly align everything. How far out are they? Usually an alignment problem will result in a major shift not a minor one? How many calibrations have you run? Have you done a complete reset of calibration data since you had it apart?
