HP Recommended

I have just bought a used CP5225. It prints A4 no problem on my MacBook but when I try to print to A3 it just prints am A4 (portrait) page not an A3 page.

I'm sure I've overlooked something simple but as ever when 'inside' the problem the solution eludes me.

MacBook Air M4 chip

Sequoia 15.5

Generic Postscript Printer

Driver 10.4

 

I'm using Powerpoint 365

Page manually set to A3 measurements (No A3 option in the menu)

Printer Tray set to plain paper and A3

 

When I open in preview the print looks good, A3 landscape slide
When I click on the info icon in preview the page size dimensions are confirmed.

Any tips greatly appreciated.
