I'm using windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, will not print in color

Make sure you are using an HP driver as most Microsoft native IPP drivers do not support color. Once you are sure you have an HP driver installed if you still have no color print, then on your PC

 

go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on device settings, scroll down until you find device type and change from auto to color.
