A few days ago - my printer went offline - the message said driver not detected. I've downloaded the printer driver package 3 or 4 times and it says it's a success, but I still can't upload the printer to my computer. I am able to print via the HP Smart Printing App - but that hasn't worked without issues as well.

Any guidance or ability to screenshare with a printer guru would be appreciated!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing issues.

 

You can run a complete diagnostic check on the printer from the HP print and scan doctor app here, isolate the issue.

 

Once downloaded, open the tool, click on add printer on top and select your printer and click on fix printing option and follow the on screen instructions to complete the diagnostic test and resolve the same.
