I set a password in the web interface, it asked me to enter it again, but the password I entered does not match. When changing the password, I used copy and paste, in the same way I tried to log in and received a message that the username or password was not correct.
Please help me reset my device.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We have to perform a NVRAM Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I reset the network settings, got a message that they will be reset after a reboot. I did a reset through "Tech Mode" and at the same time, when I rebooted, the network settings were reset.
After that, I was able to log into the admin of the web server.
