Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer suddenly stopped communicating with my laptop. These are the solutions I have attempted:

  • I tried restarting, making sure the printer was connected and powered up before starting the laptop.
  • I tried troubleshooting, no results.
  • I finally removed it and tried to reinstall it, but it does not show up under the list of printer options.
  • I tried downloading the drivers, but it gives me a message to turn the printer on when the printer is definitely on.

Has anyone else experienced and resolved this issue?

HP Recommended

How are you connecting? USB or network. If network, have you followed the basic troubleshooting to ensure that the laptop and printer can communicate? Can you ping the printer? Post back some  connection details
