I have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M182nw that i performed a firmware upgrade on, and now is asking for a password to do any config. The default admin/admin, admin/password does not work.
How can I reset the NVRAM without entering the lost password?

Hi @Jaryn-Coresan,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Turn off the printer, then press and hold the right arrow and Cancel buttons simultaneously. While holding these buttons, turn the printer back on. Keep holding the buttons until you see "Permanent Storage Init" or a reset confirmation message. The printer will restart and restore to factory settings.
If you can still access the printer's IP address, you can reset via the Embedded Web Server (EWS). Open a web browser and enter the printer's IP address. Go to General, then Restore Factory Defaults, and confirm the reset.
If those methods don't work, try using the HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart software to restore settings.
Let me know if you need any more help! 😊
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
